Services
SMGvalets offers mobile car valeting and detailing services. All services are performed at the customer's location unless otherwise agreed.
Bookings
Booking's can be made via the Enquiry button.
We will be in touch within 48hours to confirm date and time.
A booking confirmation will be sent via text message and email, including the date and time of appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations can be made at no cost if you inform us at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment time will incur a £5 cancellation.
If SMGvalets needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be notified as early as possible, and an alternative time will be offered.
Access to vehicle
You must ensure that your vehicle is accessible and parked in suitable location for myself to work safely and efficiently.
Payment
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.
We accept Cash & Bank Transfer.
Customer Responsibilities
Please remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to service.
SMGvalets is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
Liability
SMGvalets takes great care during all services
Not liable for : Pre existing damage
Electrical or mechanical issues unrelated to the cleaning process
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with any part of the service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will aim to resolve the issue promptly.
Weather Conditions
Services may be rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions. You will be informed in advance where possible
